WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The Brookes & Hyde team makes every product in house in Cincinnati, OH and each product is made to order just for you. We make high quality goods where attention to detail is of the upmost importance to us. Therefore, we ask that you allow up to 5-7 business days for production. Once the item has shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number of your order. All orders are made and shipped in the order they are received.
MY CREDIT CARD ISN'T PROCESSING AT CHECKOUT?
Please make sure that the credit card information you enter matches the billing information that the credit card is linked to, otherwise it won't accept your transaction. WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We primarily use USPS.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Due to the nature of our design and manufacturing process, each product is made to order. As a result, we are unable to make custom pieces for individuals. We do accommodate larger orders for such things as corporate gifts. To find out more information please email info@brookesandhyde.com
CAN YOU MONOGRAM INITIALS ON PRODUCTS?
Yes. We offer monograming on all of our products for an additional $10 per product.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 30 day return policy on all items. We will pay for all returns within those 30 days, some restrictions may apply. For more information please be sure to visit our Return and Exchanges Policy.

ARE ALL BROOKES & HYDE PRODUCTS MADE IN THE USA?
Yes. All of our products are made in house, in Cincinnati, Ohio. We source the best leather in the world from Horween Tannery in Chicago, Illinois. The buckles on our belts are even made right here in America. We are firm believers in sourcing our leather and materials from the best manufacturers found in America. We don't outsource any manufacturing for our products. Each product is made in house, by our skilled team of designers and craftspeople.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEATHER?
We only source our leather from Horween Tannery in Chicago, Illinois. They are world renowned for providing the highest quality leather that one can buy. As a result, little care is needed because the leather tends to age better with time giving the products more character and beauty.
