Shipping and Returns
Brookes & Hyde currently only ships to addresses located within the United States. Each order receives a confirmed tracking number at the time of the shipment.
Brookes & Hyde will not assume any responsibility or additional charges for rejected packages. We ask that each customer provide a correct shipping. If at any point you need to change your shipping information, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org We will do our best to make sure the package gets delivered to the correct address, but sometimes it is often too late if we are notified after a certain point of shipment.
Saving you money is important to us, so we make sure our shipping rates are reasonable, while also getting you your package the quickest and most convenient way possible.

All of our products shipping rates are based on real-time courier rates plus handling within the United States.
Each product is shipped through USPS.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The Brookes & Hyde team makes every product in house in Cincinnati, OH. None of our products are outsourced to other manufacturers. Our team believes and prides themselves in doing things the old fashioned way, which is what makes our products so unique. Due to the nature of our design and manufacturing process, each product is made to order. Therefore, we ask that you allow up to 5-7 business days for production. Once the item has shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number of your order.
Each product we make, takes a different amount of time to manufacture, so we ask that you take this into consideration with each order as well.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number from the courier service.
EXPEDITED AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Due to the nature of our design and manufacturing, we are unable to accommodate expedited and custom orders for customers. Your order and business is important to us, and we try to ship your goods as fast as we can so that you can enjoy them as much as we enjoy making them.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Our customer service comes first and foremost, and we are always happy to work with our customers making sure the best choice is made. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have purchased, Brookes & Hyde will gladly accept returns 30 days of any product purchased on www.brookesandhyde.com for an exchange or credit for the amount of the returned product. After those 30 days, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
1. Any product can be returned and exchanged for another product or store credit if you are not satisfied with the size, color, or fit of the item. Brookes & Hyde will pay for the shipping cost on all returned products within 30 days of that purchase.
2. If you are unhappy with your purchase or there is a defect with the product please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
3. All products in need of an exchange must be returned in new/unworn condition.
4. Please send us an email about your return or exchange at: email@example.com Please include your name the order was placed under, the order number, and what product you are exchanging. Once we have approved your return, our team will send you a confirmation email with a pre-paid shipping label for the return (domestic orders only). Please pack up the product and send to the address given in the email.
5. All returns must include be approved by us, any products returned to us without our authorization will be sent back to you!
THE BELT IS THE WRONG SIZE
If the belt that you ordered doesn’t fit, you are more than welcome to return it for another size or for store credit. However, since our products are made in house and made to order, the customer will assume all return shipping costs after 30 days of purchase.
